Owning a dog could be a ton of fun, but raising a dog that hasn’t received any coaching can also present plenty of hard work. There are many dog behavior problems, some of which are implicit in their nature and others that is developed by a negative relationship to either people or other dogs. Each of these different sorts of issues must be tackled in an alternative way, and in this article we’ll take a short lived look at some of the different sorts of challenges and how you to help your dog overcome them.
These can include everything from doing their business in the house, chewing up things they are not supposed to like shoes or furniture, biting during play or even eating things they shouldn’t. These issues can generally be solved through scolding, though this is hard to accomplish with some problems. For example, a dog that gets anxious when left alone in a home can go into a panic and destroy virtually anything nearby. This can mostly be handled by dog proofing the room it is kept in, which consists of removing things the dog typically targets for obliteration.
Dog behavior help is achievable if your dog has been in fights with other dogs or has been abused by a prior owner, it’ll likely have trust issues or other dog behavior issues. This cannot be trained thru normal means, and can only be overcome by spending lots of quality time with your animal. If you live in a household with kids or where there is loud noise, rescuing a formerly abused dog may only make its condition worse. Try to keep the dog in a calm, tranquil place until it becomes used to people.
Introducing it to dogs that are friendly and play well is a handy place to start, but this must be managed to make certain that no problems occur.
